querying Weeks in between years

sql server reporting services:

Hi Guys

I am creating a report that is looking at the last 8 weeks sales, the
problem I have is that we are now in Week 3 in the new year and when I
populate a prameter for week 3 the query only returs the sales for the last 3
weeks (Which is correct).

How can I get around this problem? Is there another SQL method or function
that I can use to do this?

Look up DateAdd in SQL Books Online. Hope that helps!
