Hi guys

I have created a report that connects to a FoxPro database. The report works
fine on my local box(dev environment) but once deploied it wont work.
Displaying the following error:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get
Online Help
Cannot create a connection to data source 'DataSource1'.
(rsErrorOpeningConnection) Get Online Help
ERROR [S1000] [Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Cannot open file
\\brisrv01\qasoft\qdms5\projects\v775001\dmv77500.dbc. ERROR [IM006]
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed ERROR
[01000] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver doesn't support the
version of ODBC behavior that the application requested (see SQLSetEnvAttr).

I use OLE DB for ODBC and have the newest drivers on the server. If I swicth
the datasource from integrated security to using my domain credentials and
check use these credentials to connect to data source I get the following
error:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get
Online Help
Query execution failed for data set 'dsOutput'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
Get Online Help
ERROR [S1000] [Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Cannot open file
\\brisrv01\qasoft\qdms5\projects\v775001\docreg.dms.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Jonas

Hi Jonas,

Have you tried the FoxPro and Visual FoxPro OLE DB data provider? It's
downloadable from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates .

Started out with the OLE DB Driver. Downloaded it and installed it on the
server. Same problem.

Jonas,

Did you ever resolve this problem? I am having the same exact issue and have yet to find a solution that will work.

Thanks,
Jeremy
