sql server reporting services:

Hi - I have created a report that is based on an Access database loacted on
another server. I have set up a datasource using ole db provider. If I
run the rport directly from the sql server it runs fine. When I try to run
it from a remote desktop it give me an error that it cannot connect to
datasource. I am very new to report server and am basically teaching
myself, so please bear with me.... thanks.

Try changing the security of the data source to a saved windows account that
you know works - or even an Access account and see if that makes a
difference - ie, change it from using the account of the report user
