sql server reporting services:

I've attempted to create a DPE that allows me to dynamically direct report
consumer to a variety of databases. I have met with frustration. There are
several mentions of a similar DPE at http://workspaces.gotdotnet.com/appworld.

I have gone there, signed up, and not received and ok/response. Can anyone
point me to this code elsewhere or perhpas a similar example? (I've
thoroughly examined and executed and traced the BOL example but it is not
dealing with what I need it to: SQL Server).

Hi Herman,

Basically you can hanlde the dynamic databases at different levels
(parameters, dpe, custom assemblies, synamic sql, etc). We can show you an
example for a final product "WebService Data Processing Extension" (its on ly
a demo, no source code provided), that abstract the database connection at
webservice level
