Yes, I know. I completely agree with you, but it is a requirement currently
for auditing reasons that every execution of a report creates a snapshot and
is placed into the archive. We are going to write a custom script in the
database to clean up the snapshots older than there max date.

So now, I am trying to figure out if it can even be made to store every
execution as snapshot. It looks like it is only scheduled and created
manually. Anyone have any ideas on how to make it make a snapshot
automatically each time?
