sql server reporting services: You need SQL 2000 Standard, Enterprise or Developer.=20

Hi,

I m facing a problem.
I have Microsoft XP on my machine with SP2 and SQL Server 2000 =
Personal Edition.
I download the SQL Server 2000 SP3 from microsoft.com.
I download three package file
1) sql2kasp3.exe
2) sql2kdesksp3.exe
3) sql2ksp3.exe
I install the sql2ksp3.exe file.
This is the Database Component Upgrader.
After installing this. I install the Reporting Service.
When all information is completed and Reporting Service is start to =
analyze the instace of SQL Server which I provide for Reporting Service.
Then the Error becomes.

The Error is=20
"This Edition of Reporting Service Database is not supported on =
the Edtion of SQL Server 2000 you have chossen.
Please chose another SQL Server that matches the requirements."

Please tell me which version of SQL Server i install on my system.
And how i update my sql server to sp3 means to ask in which order i =
install the sql server sp3.
