Visual Studio issue or general connectivity? Bassist695

sql server reporting services: I get the following message at least a dozen times a day:

---------------------------
Microsoft Development Environment
---------------------------
Could not generate a list of fields for the query.

Check the query syntax or click Refresh Fields on the query toolbar.

ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The
connection's current state is Closed.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I then have to shutdown and restart Visual Studio .NET. It absolutely
kills me. I have other connectivity issues as well (sometimes I cannot
view table columns in Query Analyzer so I have to refresh at the
database level). Is it possible that my VS install is no good?

Help!

I am having the same problem. Did you manage to find some way around it?
