How does one use the sample Printer Delivery extension?

sql server reporting services:

I've got the printer delivery sample compiled and configuration files
edited per the sample ReadMe file, but I'm not clear on how to use
the printer delivery extension to have the report(s) print.

Do you use a report subscription, or what?

Yes, the new extension should show up in the drop down for delivery
extensions on the subscription page.
