sql server reporting services : What is the ValueLocID property used for ?

Did this just appear with the latest patch....... can you tell me what it is

I am interested in knowing what is it too.

There is a couple of LocID properties everywhere. They just appeared just
after installing SP2.

Did you find any information about it?

From the description of the property in the designer, it seems to have to do
with the localization. It would be great if it allows label translation but I
do not really beleive it is that's simple...
