sql server reporting services:
Are there special considerations for installing Reporting Services in a
clustered
SQL environment? Specifically a Veritas cluster in Failover
(Active/passive) mode?
I know the installer seems to expect you to install to the default
directory, but the
cluster environment uses multiple named instances of SQL Server- so it is
not really possible to use the default. Is there a workaround?

thanks,

Hi

Reporting Services just uses SQL Server as a Repository DB, that can be
installed on a cluster or a named instance with no problems.

The bigger issue is the IIS Virtual Directories. You have to configure RS to
be part of a "Web Farm".
