sql server reporting services : Prevent report auto-generation

I have several report that require parameters. These parameters all need to
have default values. When the report is displayed, the report is generated
automatically. How do I prevent the report from being auto-generated and
only generate the report when the "View Report" button is clicked?

Bruce,
Thanks for the response. I need to have default values for all of the
params. Most of the params are free-text, but I get the default from a
query that provides street addresses. I tried adding a dummy param, with a
blank prompt and no default, but it went ahead and generated the report
automatically. I guess having a front end is the only way to do it.

One of the parameters has to have the default left off.
