Excel + Conditional text color's not working Gastón Pírez

sql server reporting services: I'm having troubles when I choose the text color depending on a condition.
The report is rendered fine in my VS viewer. Also it's rendered correctly in
PDF and HTML formats. However, in Excel , all the rows have the default text
color ("black"). I'm really confuse with this behavior... ideas?

TIA,
Gastón.-

PS: I have SP2 installed.

Hi Gastón,

This is a known issue in RS2000 and it has been fixed in RS2005. I'll
update you once I have more information about it.

Gaston,

There is a workaround that I found in these groups a few weeks back
that is obscure, but effective.

Setting the background color to a static expression solves the issue
for whatever reason. It maintains the formatting on the text even after
exported to Excel:

I've tested the workaround. It works like a charm! Thanks for sharing this
information.
