sql server reporting services : Autosys Integration with Reporting Services, RS.exe

My data warehousing team uses Informatica for ETL (loading data),
Autosys (Computer Associates product) for scheduling the jobs, and
Microsoft Reporting Services (RS) to report on the data.

The first two pieces are directly related, and RS is the new kid on the
block. I need to integrate all three pieces so that when particular
jobs complete, a report is run instantly - requiring no human
intervention.

I've investigated the use of the RS.exe command-line utility that comes
with the RS installation. I have written a script that, when run from
my local machine, runs a report on the RS server. RS.exe exists on my
local machine. If it is to be run by Autosys, must it also exist on the
Autosys server? If so, must an instance of SQL Server RS be installed
also?

I need is to understand the necessary requirements to accomplish this.
I understand that it may be necessary to install an Autosys Remote
Agent on the RS server, but suspect that more is needed.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. I'm very close to PAYING for
an answer on Google Answers. I don't want to resort to that.

Thanks!

All you should need to do on autosys server is install the SQL Reporting
Services client. The RS.EXE is part of that install

I would recommend running the same service pack on both client and server to
ensure no incompatibilities are introduced.
