How is the Report Manager virtual directory set up in IIS? Does it allow
Anonymous Logon? If it does, turn it off so you have to authenticate to
access the reports.
Also, make sure that the other users are actually sending their credentials
through the browser. Check Security Settings under Internet Options. If you
only send credentials to sites in Intranet Sites, make sure your report site
is in the list of Intranet SItes. Or add it to trusted sites, and change the
way you send the credentials to also send them to Trusted sites.
