sql server reporting services:
Hi,

I was curious if any one could help me figure out a small problem I am
having. I am attempting to create a Stacked Bar Chart in Reporting
Services. My data set contains a lot of points. With many points, I
notice that RS is automatically removing some of the labels on the
X-Axis in order to make it less cluttered.

Problem is, that I need all of the labels to be shown, no matter how
cluttered it may be. In my case, I need to show one bar per employee,
and I have 50 employees. When I produce the report, 50 bars are there,
but only 25 employee names (every other bar). Aside from making the
chart bigger, is there any way to force RS to show all labels no matter
what?

Thanks, in advance; your help is most appreciated!

Jonathan

Hi Jonathon

Try setting the Chart's XAxis Major Grid line property to 1. If you
don't want to see the grid line change the color to be transparent.

If this still fails, please take a look at Dundas Chart for Reporting
Services (www.dundas.com) as our chart is able to do this for you. Our
RS chart can upgrade existing charts to our format retaining your past
development efforts.

Thanks

Andrew Bryan
