Not Only Rectangle,you must be sure that perfect alignment should be
maintained and if you see on the layout tab of the report.you can see
small small dots on the layout all over.
Place the textboxes,rectangles with the multiple of 0.125 inch size
that is distance between each dot. and make sure that you did not start
the column,rectangle or table starting between the dots ,but starting
from the Dot and ending from the dot.
these Merging cells not only causes confusion,it will huge time to open
big files
i suggest ,not to leave this issue
