I would reccomend building a solution using Microsoft Access to manage
these various updates.

it's not that complex; and access is designed to work with data from
multiple servers

I have a client that uses subscriptions to push their reports. They like it .
.. but now they have about 100 or so subscriptions they are trying to
maintain (update parameter values, distribution lists). They are looking for
an easy way to search or organize the subscriptions.

An example would be like this... They want to find all subscriptions for the
"Monthly Compliance" report for the "Operations" Department and change it to
the "Distribution" Department... and Add "Joe Smith" to the distribution list.
...

Where "Monthly Compliance" is the rdl; Department is a parameter value.

After doing some research I am leaning towards building my own .net web pages
to do this.... or are there other easier options?

We have a combination of RS 2000 and 2005 servers (not enterprise so no data
driven options).
