Default Value in DropDownlist Parametrs -- sql server reporting services

im developing a report server Project in VB.net 2005 with reporting
service 2005 and i have a dropdownlist parameter, i just want to have
this parameter with a specific value, not with <select a value>. I
populate this dropdownlist with a ds (of course).
I dont know how use the Default Values in the Project. somebody know
has to use it???

Is your values coming from query then give the same to the default parameter.
why do you want a default when you give multiple option for the user to
select.
