sql server reporting services : Reporting Services Configuration Manager Error #12

I don't know if this helps, but here are my settings. SSRS 2005.

Web Service identity in RS Configuration Manager
STEVEM-LT\ASPNET

I'd then expect to see this same value in my rsreportserver.config file, but
I don't. What I see is:
<WebServiceAccount></WebServiceAccount>

<IsWebServiceEnabled>True</IsWebServiceEnabled>

Because I have the defaults and everything is on my local machine, I guess
that's why it's empty?

I am running Reporting Services 2005 on a Windows XP Professional Laptop.
When I bring up my browser and enter http://localhost/ReportServer I get the
following error:

"The Report Server Web Service is unable to access secure information in the
report server. Please verify the WebServiceAccount is specified correctly in
the report server config file".

In my RSReportServer.Config file, my WebServiceAccount looks as follows:

<WebServiceAccount>IWAM_DB8KLJ81</WebServiceAccount>

I don't know if this matters but my Windows Service Identify parameters
(from the Configure Report Server screen) is as follows:
Service Name: ReportServer$SQLServer2005
Service Account: <my domain login name>
I have 'Windows Account' selected. In the Account field is my domain login
name and my password is in the Password field.

Thanks for your help.

Amos.
