I performed the procedure below, which placed me in the "downloaded program
files" directory. Rather than delete, I first tried right-clicking each
object in this directory, and selecting "Update" from the pop-up menu. I now
find that my printing from report services works great.
Thanks again. This was definitely not obvious.
