Hi,
I am a new user for SQL 2005. Is it possible to use the new features of
reporting services from SQL 2005 in SQL 2000?

You can use SQL Server 2000 as the data storage for object/metadata. RS is
an asp.net application that uses SQL Server as its data store. RS 2005 can
use SQL Server 2000 db for this purpose. However, the RS 2005 designer
cannot deploy to a RS 2000 server. Also, if you install RS 2005 you need a
SQL Server 2005 licenses even if you use a 2000 database as the
object/metadata store.
