RS 2000 Printer Icon Disappeared!!! PLEASE HELP!

sql server reporting services:

Users have been able to print a RS 2000 report via the printer icon on the RS
viewer toolbar for over a month. Yesterday, for no apparent reason the
printer Icon has disapperared from EVERYONE's toolbar. When the report was
first launched under various users, they were prompled to install client side
printing via the RSClientPrint.DLL.

What can I do to correct the problem? Can I uninstall the RSClientPrint.DLL
and re-install it? Force the browser to download and install it after I
uninstall it?

Please advise!

Update: It is happening intermittenly. Some users have lost the printer
icon, while others have not. It disappeared for a few days and then has
resurfaced in some cases not all. It is a mess.

I believe the problem is due to EnableClientPrinting not be set to true.

Should be all set now.
