sql server reporting services:
Hello All,

One of my clients is having an issue printing a report using the print
button on the report viewer. The exact behavior: once the user presses
the print button, nothing happens except showing a broken script error
in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. When I click on the error,
it give the following information:
Line: 20
Char: 4
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
....

I have no idea how long this has been going on for this user, but all of
my other users have been fine with it so far. If I need to reinstall the
plug-in, would somebody please be so kind as to point me to a link that
will describe how to do it.

Many thanks,

Hello Jeffrey,
The Explorer Add-on is called RSClientPrint Class. It can be found in
Windows\ Downloaded Program Files.
You can navigate to the above folder directly, right-click the RSClientPrint
Class and select Remove. The next time the user clicks the print button in
the report's toolbar the client print add-on will be re-installed. The
status of the class will also be shown in Windows Explorer and it may show
as "Damaged" or "Unknown" instead of "Installed".
HTH,
Rodney Landrum
