sql server reporting services: I have to RS servers (1 test, 1 prod). If I view a report from the TEST
server I have a Printer Icon available and can print with no issues
(therefore the activeX control [RSClientPrint] is installed and working
correctly thru my browser). When accessing a report (same report) on my PROD
server I have no Printer Icon available.

sql2005 books online refers to a print configuration setting but sql200 BOL
does not.

Anyone have any ideas why it is not available one of my servers? It seems
pretty obvious that is a config setting but can't find any RS2000 reference
on how to change it.

This is most like not a server issue with 2000. You can remove the printing
capability but unless you did so (it would require editing a config file)
the issue is most likely with IE/Security type of issues. What OS is on
each. 2003 Server has enhanced IE security that could be causing problems
for you.

If this is in report manager, then you most likely don't have service pack 2
of reporting services on your production machine. The report manager with
service pack one didn't have a print icon.
