sql server reporting services: This seems to be a common problem as I see mentioned all over the
place, but I can't find a resolution. Please help if you can...

The problem is that after opening up all permissions (iis,
system directorys, individual reports, setting all ids to sysadmin on
database) the domain user group I setup to access the reports through
report manager still only see the 'SQL Server Reporting Services -
Home' header but no report folders are displayed below the blue/yellow
line. If I simply add the users in question as a local Admin on the
Report Server PC, All Reports are visible.
