sql server reporting services: I am new to Report Service and got the following errors.

After I unistalled the Report service, the Configure Report Server
still there. When I launched the Configure Report Server it says "An
unknown error has occurred in the WMI Provider. Error Code 80040219" I
reinstall the Report service got the same error.

Could anyone help me, if I need to reinstall the WMI, how to do it?

Also under the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\ there are lots of
MSSQL.n folders, what are they? Can I just delete it?
