sql server reporting services:
I am new to SSRS. I have the SSRS 2000 and currently my users can not print
from the report viewer. Can someone please help me install the print option.
I have downloaded SP2 but don't know what to change in the .config file.
Also where is the location of the .config file?

Once you install SP2 your users will be prompted to download the print
driver from your server, after that they should be able to print.
