Table missing border on page break

sql server reporting services: I have a report using a single table. I set the table border to solid for
left, right, top and bottom. Currently the report is printing in 2 pages. On
the first page the table doesn't show the bottom border. It does show on the
second page. I'm guessing is only placing the bottom border at the "end" of
the table, therefore the second page. What do I have to do to close the table
in all pages? I set RepeatFooterOnNewPage to true for the table, but it
didn't work (I guess the border is not a footer...).

I am seeing exactly the same behavior while exporting reports to PDF on
SQL server 2000. Only the very top and the very bottom border show.
Any help will be much appreciated.
