sql server reporting services: My team is developing an snap-in for MMC which includes reports from
Reporting Services. Yesterday another member of the team went to print a
report from there and got the following prompt:

Microsoft Management Console - Security Warning
Do you wish to install this software?
Name: Microsoft SQL Server

Obviously, we don't want it to be prompting users to install SQL Server. I
tried searching Google but didn't come up with anything helpful. Any ideas?

Thanks,

My guess is this is the active x control used for printing, not SQL Server.
Try using the report from report manager and IE and printing the report.
After you know you can print go back and see what happens. My guess is after
you have printed once and the active x control is installed then you will
not be prompted from MMC.
