sql server reporting services:
Hello,
I've been searching all over for some kind of documentation on how to
set up Reporting Services 2005 in a load balanced situation. We have
two web servers which will deliver the reports but want them to use a
central SQL Server 2005 database for the meta store. These web servers
are already load balanced using a Big Five hardware load balancer. We
have licenses for all the servers involved.

I have found lots of references to this being possible, and even seen
some references to documentation on how to do it. However, none of the
references link to the place to find it. Books OnLine 2005 does not
offer any instructions on this. Only a vague reference to the ability
to manage it from the Configuration module. Yet when we installed it
there was nothing in that module that we could find. Perhaps we missed
something during the install? Anyway, a link to an article or MSDN
dosumentation would great.

Thanks in advance.

This is called scale out deployment:
ms-help://MS.SQLCC.v9/MS.SQLSVR.v9.en/rptsrvr9/html/2da86fb3-4b4d-407f-9825-74dcc42486f5.htm

What you are doing is having multiple RS all using the same SQL Server
database (therefore you only deploy reports in one place, only create
subscriptions in one place etc).

Note that every box that is running RS has to have a SQL Server 2005
Enterprise license (scale out is not supported on Standard).
