Problem with Deploying Reports -- sql server reporting services

Hi

When i try to deploy a report from VS, it asks me for a user name and
password to connect to Report Services.
I am the administrator on the machine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am assuming your report server is on another machine? When I deploy
reports to our report server from a remote PC, I am also prompted to log in.
If I deploy reports from the same machine that my report server is on, I'm
not prompted to log in.
