sql server reporting services : Unable to see reports in browser

Hi,

To test, I generated a few reports and I can go to http://servername/reports
to see these reports. However, I have to log in (I'm using basic
authentication in IIS 6.0 since this server will only be used for NetIQ
internally.) as an administrator to view these reports. I'm not sure why
other users are not able to see the reports in I.E 6.0. I tried to change
site settings or subscription in Microsoft Reporting Service but it did not
make any difference.

Does anybody know if this has to do with IIS or Microsoft Reporting
Services? Has anyone experience with the similar issues?

Thanks,

Tae

Hi Tae,

Do you mean that other users cannot see the reports ONLY using IE 6.0 but
can see the reports by using other browsers/IE versions? Is there any error
message prompted?

If the users can log into the Report Manager sucessfully but can't find any
available reports on the web page, then I believe that those users have not
get enough permissions to browse the reports. Please try to assign "Browser"
role to those users.

Raymond
