I don't think you can do an upgrade since this is not officially a version
of Visual Studio. As far as what version. This shows the different version
of Visual Studio and the features.

true anymore. I would ask in one of the VB.net newsgroups. Or in the SQL
Server development newsgroup. I don't know what is the cheapest way to get
stored procedure debugging.
