How do you combine a report with an existing PDF? -- sql server reporting services

I'm working on an accounting project that includes payroll. The IRS
provides a stock W-2 form in PDF format which we'd like use and
superimpose the report output onto, e.g. fill in the blanks.

Is this possible?

Reporting services is in local mode. The form is http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw2.pdf.

As far as I know, the superimposing of a report onto a pre-existing
PDF is not possible; however, I would suggest creating a report that
matches the W-2 Form and just export it to PDF. Hope this helps.
