I would suggest using textbox controls inside of rectangle on a multi-
column report. Hope this is helpful.

If this is printing directly on the envelope, i am just not sure if i output
as pdf and if that would print ok on an envelope.

I don't think a PDF would do it either, but I could be wrong.

I'd look at either a custom rendering extension or using the Software
Artisans Office writer for Reporting Services and create an envelope
template in Word.

The Printer Delivery Extension (part of the SSRS samples) might have
something you could adapt as well.
