First an apology: I forgot that I had changed the width. 10.25 is obviously
not standard.
Second, I will try your idea when I get back to the office Monday. The
report is essentially a series of almost page-wide rectangles. These
rectangles contain other rectangles. Each outer rectangle has a textbox just
above it set up to look like a blue bar. This is all an attempt to mimic the
look and feel of one of our legacy apps.

Ok, I'm back at work. The report does not use tables. I am not sure I can
get the correct look and feel using tables.
What I have just tried to do is create a 2nd test report, copying over the
top set of blocks and putting them all within a rectangle. This did not
work. The rectangle itself is chopped in half.
