sql server reporting services:
Hello All,

I have a report that uses the character "â„¢" and when it is viewed through
the reportviewer via a website, the character "â„¢" is displayed as a "?".
However when I export to either pdf or excel, the "â„¢" is correctly displayed.

Is there any documentation where I can be directed to in order to handle
special characters such as "â„¢".

Rdl file is designed in reporting services 2000 designer.
Reporting Services Server is 2005.

Thank you

I think it's because one is using ASCII and the other UNICODE. The ususal
way to display the tademark symbol in HTML is to enter :-

TM

Hope it helps

Dale

Maybe you haven't got the font installed on your server?
