In terms of SSRS, no there is not; however, you could set up a
scheduled task/etc that could execute a custom application/batch file
that makes a copy of the previous report results prior to executing it
again. Of course, this would need to be done outside of the Report
Manager as well. Sorry that I could not be of greater assistance.
