You should make sure that the email delivery extensions settings are
correct. Look in the RSReportServer.config file. There are several
settings for the email extension. Most importantly make sure the smtpserver
is set correctly. Ensure you are using the correct port (25 is the default
port). You may need to talk to the administrator of your SMTP server to
ensure everything is setup correctly.
