sqlserver server : SQL 2005 Mirroing Error

I am trying to configure SQL 2005 September CTP (9.0.1314) to mirror
its database to another server, taking advantage of the Witness sever
feature.

I go through the configure security wizard and correctly fill in the
priciple, mirror and witness server's full DNS names. I am positive
they resolve because I can ping and map drives using the full DNS
names. The ports are correctly configured in the database and the SQL
endpoints are configured correctly. However, when I click Start
Mirroring, I receive the following error:

Alter failed for Database 'Replication_Test'. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or
batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

The server network address "TCP://sql-mirror.mydomain.com:5022" can not
be reached or does not exist. Check the network address name and
reissue the command. (Microsoft SQL Server, Erro: 1418)

I know DBM is disabled in RTM. Isn't Database Mirroring also disabled in
September CTP?

Apart from the point that Bud makes, if I recall correctly TCP/IP was
disabled by default in at least some editions of September CTP.

Run SQL Server Configuration Manager and check whether or not TCP/IP
is enabled.

The server network address "TCP://KANTIME66.kantime:5022" can not be reached or does not exist. Check the network address name and reissue the command. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 1418)
