You need to open Pocket Internet Explorer and have it navigate to your site.

How is possible to view my ASP Mobile project on the pocketpc 2002 emulator?
The emulator starts but i don't know how access to the projects file.

All right but when i put the address http://localhost/myproject/default.aspx
it says that can't find the page.

You can't use "localhost" on the device because it think it's a separate
machine. You need to use the machine's name.
