TerraServer Web Service: access issue. -- asp.net webservices

I am trying to run the terraDemo software from MS that shows how to
access the MS TerraServer from a Web Services API within a c# program.
When I run the application, I get this error message:

Additional information: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException:
Server was unable to process request. --->
System.Exception: Could not connect to TerraServer database(s):
<br>
Failed to connect to Server=. Database=ts5 (SQL Server does not exist
or access denied.)
<br>

Does anyone know what I need to do, to get around this issue ?

I suspect it is a problem with Terraserver and not you. I have some
applications both asp.net and vb.net that use the Terraserver web service,
and they worked fine in the past. I haven't checked them recently, since
they were really done just to see if I could use the service.

After your message, I tried them and received errors. I updated the web
reference in my project, saw no problems with my code, but received errors
when I ran the program.

In the past, the terraserver produced errors for a few days, then everything
would get OK. Give it a few days to see if you still get an error.
