I am using anakrino, but it is insufficient in some cases. I want another
decompiler that converts *.dll file to *.cs files with attributes in the
classes. Is there a program like this.

A free and very good decompiler is a product called reflector found at
http://www.aisto.com/roeder/dotnet/ it is so good microsoft employed the
programmer.
