dotnet compact framework : XDA 2 Query

Hi,

I was wondering if the XDA2 (Pocket PC Phone Edition) contains the phone.dll
so as to allow some unsafe c# code to place a voice call?

Yes it includes the phone.dll, you can read Derek's article on how to
P/Invoke the function necessary to make a voice call.
