Setting Mobile Phone Wallpaper -- dotnet compact framework

Hello...

Several questions really, but I will give you a bit of background info
first. I would like to develop an application for a mobile phone (Nokia 6680
as a testbed) which changes the wallpaper dependent on data from an external
site. Therefore...

1) Can I use C# and the .NET Compact Framework? -I have only seen code
samples using embedded C++ for PDAs

2) Where is the configuartion that sets the wallpaper and its location for
the mobile phone? -I read somewhere it is stored as XML

About your first question:
You can't develop Compact Framework based applications for Nokia 6680.
However, you may be able to use C# and VS2003.NET on Symbian by using this
product:
http://appforge.com/products/enterprise/crossfire/index.html
I haven't tested it anyway.
