dotnet compact framework : Deployment

Hi.

I have built an application using Visual Studio 2005, .net cf2 and sql
mobile 2005. Very impressed with the outcome. I now wish to deploy my
application along with .netcf2 and sqlmobile 2005.

I want to produce one clean install that will install cf2, sql mobile 2005
and my app. Is this possible and how?

Firstly, thankyou very much for the doco, it was a good way to get my head
around how my install will eventually work.

Now for some dumb questions :)

I didnt pick up where the cf2 msi, or cab file was executed to install the
cf2 onto the device.

I also would like to understand how i would go about installing sql mobile.
