dotnet compact framework : WinCE Application Size Limit

What can be the maximum size limit (in terms of KB) of a WinCE application?
By this limit my application should perform well.

There's no right answer to that question. How much RAM on the device? What
dynamic allocations is the application making? Etc, etc, etc. You can only
*test* for this sort of thing on the devices that you care about, configured
as you think they will be configured in the field.
