dotnet compact framework:

Is it possible to change the colors of the following things in the compact
framework?

1) List view headers
2) The color of the selected row in a list view (defaults to blue)
3) The color of the active item in a context menu.

No to all of these. You can use the owner-drawn list ListBox2 from SDF
instead:
