dotnet compact framework : Create OTA?

Hi,

Can any one explain or provide the link to create the OTA(Over The
Air) for Pocket PC application? OTA allows the user to download the
s/w directly from Pocket PC or Windows Mobile.

This I believe is an FAQ, Better use word "Over the air" and do a
google group search

OTA is a broad bucket for various networking stacks including WAP Push, SMS,
GSM/GPRS and UMTS data services. Take a look at the documentation for the
Windows Mobile SDK. There's plenty of info in there.
