Where to get dll for OpenNETCF.WindowsCE DeviceManagement class -- dotnet compact framework

I am working on a project that is using ApplicationEx.dll, which contains OpenNetCF.Windows.Forms classes and I don't know where the original designer got the dll from.

I, now, need access to the DeviceManagement logic from the OpenNETCF.WindowsCE namespace and don't understand how to get that from www.opennetcf.com. Can someone tell me where to get this?

It's part of the Smart Device Framework, specifically in the
OpenNETCF.WindowsCE.dll assembly. The community edition can be downloaded
from www.SmartDeviceFramework.com (first link under More Information).
